Welcome, my name is Ana Lovrić, I'm an english speaking therapist based in Paris and I offer integrative somatic therapy in person and online. My main mission is to support you in building stronger connection with yourself and help you deepen your self-trust. I strongly believe that once you have that, anything is possible.

What is Integrative Somatic Therapy?

Who we are today is a complex mixture of all our experiences. If we already understand all our patterns but have a hard time to create a real, lasting change - the missing peace is usually - the body.

Individual sessions

Somatic therapy is more than just talking.

If you are new to somatic approaches to psychotherapy, it may be helpful to know that our work together includes not only exploring your thoughts and making sense of your experience, but also gently engaging the body as an essential and wise source of information.

A session often begins by verbally expressing the topic you bring into the therapeutic meeting. I will ask you a few additional questions, paying attention not only to what you say but also how you say it. What is the tone of your voice? What are your facial expressions? What is your whole body trying to communicate?

About me

The immediate catalyst of embarking on the journey towards myself was my encounter with Argentine tango, a dance that turned me upside down and became a turning point in my life.

Several years before tango, I was struggling with questions like meaning of life, feeling lost in my young adult life. With tango, something shifted inside me, and I finally felt alive and at home in myself.

I was not immediately aware of it, but that "home", which I hadn’t even realized I was searching for, was my own body.

The reason tango had such an impact is a long story, but in short, it gave me the co-regulation I didn’t even know I needed.
